Breathtaking landscapes, mutual support, a friendly atmosphere and expert advice await you, ensuring you get the most out of this course.
Led by mountain professionals, particularly the Altitude Mont Blanc agency, this 5-day course is open to experienced participants.
On the programme: 5 trail running sessions, an optional yoga session, a majestic mountain environment ready to welcome you and the comfort of a hotel for recovery.
